Planning a wedding takes mad organizational skills, even if you employ a wedding planner. Foresight is everything, and booking early is the only way to ensure you’ll get the wedding of your dreams.
The same is true for pre-wedding aesthetic treatments. Some treatments deliver immediate results and require no downtime, while others are best booked months before you say ‘I do.’
Whether you’re looking to even out your skin tone, smooth wrinkles, or diminish a scar, our aesthetic treatments can do the trick and have you fresh-faced and glowing on the big day. Here’s a sampling of our prenuptial services.
Laser treatments use concentrated beams of light energy to target specific skin concerns, such as wrinkles, scars, age spots, and birthmarks. Depending on the desired outcome, we use different laser treatments to work at different skin depths.
Results can vary depending on the treatment but typically start showing after a few sessions and reach full effect after a few months. Some examples of laser treatments include laser hair removal, laser resurfacing, and laser toning.
This noninvasive, multi-step hydrafacial cleanses, exfoliates, extracts, and hydrates your skin. It also improves the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, and congested pores. Full results are typically visible a few days after the treatment.
Microneedling creates microchannels in your skin, triggering your body to flood the area with new collagen. But we up the ante by applying growth factors from your blood (platelet-rich plasma or PRP) to accelerate collagen production and skin rejuvenation. Results can start being seen after 3-4 weeks and continue to improve for up to six months.
Laser skin tightening uses laser energy to target collagen in the skin, promoting natural regeneration and improving skin elasticity over time. Results are generally visible after 2-3 sessions, with gradual improvement continuing up to six months after the final treatment.
IPL (intense pulsed light) photofacials use light energy to target your skin imperfections, like sun damage, age spots, acne, and broken capillaries. Expect to see full results after 3-5 treatments, spaced 2-4 weeks apart.
Botox is a cosmetic injection that temporarily paralyzes the facial muscles that cause wrinkles and fine lines, typically on the forehead, between the eyebrows, or around the eyes (crow's feet). Results can start showing after 3-5 days and reach full effect after about two weeks.
Dermal fillers are injectable gels that plump and volumize skin, filling in facial wrinkles, folds, and hollows. Results are visible immediately after treatment, with peak results typically seen after 1-2 weeks.
Chemical peels involve the application of a chemical solution to your skin, which exfoliates the top layer and promotes the regeneration of fresh, new skin cells. Results can vary depending on the depth of the peel but typically start to show 2-3 days after the treatment and continue to improve over the next 4-6 weeks.
Skin tag removal is a quick and minimally invasive procedure that removes benign skin growths with a scalpel or other cutting device. Results are visible immediately after the procedure, but the healing process can take a few weeks, depending on the size and location of the incision.
Acne scar fading treatments, such as microneedling, chemical peels, or laser resurfacing, reduce acne scars' appearance by stimulating new collagen growth and resurfacing your skin. Results can vary depending on the type and severity of scarring but generally take several treatments spaced a few weeks apart before you see significant improvement.
Now that you know the “wait times” to expect from each of these treatments, we recommend booking now to ensure your results show up before your wedding date. And if you need help fitting into your gown, check out our body contouring services.
