During Botox treatment, you rest in a comfortable reclining chair. Your Woodlands Aesthetics provider numbs your skin to ensure the procedure feels comfortable. They gently inject Botox or Dysport just beneath your skin to smoothen out facial skin or help treat other medical conditions like hyperhidrosis. Each injection takes just a minute or two. 

What happens after getting Botox?

After you receive Botox, there’s no downtime required. You can resume a regular routine immediately but may have some redness, tenderness, or swelling at the injection sites. 

Avoid touching the treatment area with your hands, but you can gently cool skin to reduce swelling. The results of Botox and Dysport could take a few days to appear and often last three to four months*.
